Challenge Salou 2018 registration opens today

With a race date of Sunday 27th May 2018, Challenge Salou will be the last opportunity for athletes to qualify for The Championship 2018, held a week later in Samorin, Slovakia. Won in 2017 by Great Britain’s David McNamee, the race is now open for entries via www.challenge-salou.com.

Challenge Salou 2018 registration opens on November 1

Registration will have a promotional period of 48 hours
Will have a prize pool valued at € 25,000
It will be the last world qualifying venue for “The Championship” (Related: How to qualify)

With a forecast of more than 2,000 participants between the days of May 26 and 27, the queen test, the middle distance triathlon (1,900 meters swim – 90 km on the bike – 21,097 km running), will be accompanied of a charity race of 5 km and a race for children as well as new events that will be revealed in the coming days.

It will be the last world qualifying venue for “The Championship”, the consolidated World Championship of the Challenge Family franchise, which will be held once again in Samorin, Slovakia and will bring together the best athletes of Challenge Family, Ironman and the World Triathlon Series with a prize pool of more than €150,000.
